I first started having lessons with Lisa approximately six years ago. I had very little knowledge of dressage and my horse even less. We struggled to walk in a straight line and our circles were unrecognisable!  Throughout the years and with the support and patience of Lisa I  have surpassed all my expectations by working up the ranks from Intro and now compete successfully at BD Elementary Level. 
Lisa has continually supported us throughout our journey. She advocates a holistic approach always focusing on the health and well-being of the horse. She is a patient, insightful, experienced and extremely knowledgeable trainer whose lessons are tailored to the individual needs of each horse and rider. 
I really look forward to my lessons with Lisa who has the ability to explain clearly, clarify, push and encourage when necessary but also to praise when praise is due. My horses’ way of going, my confidence and my riding abilities have all improved greatly under Lisa’s intuitive and highly perceptive guidance. 
My horse is not a typical dressage horse but under Lisa’s instruction we are now preparing to complete at BD Medium Level, a progression which I would never have dreamed possible without Lisa’s instruction or support.
